ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERSHIP -
The Annual General Meeting of the Membership will be held Tuesday June 2nd, 2026 at 6:00 pm at the Kenora Golf & Country Club.
In becoming ONCA (not for profit) compliant and under Bylaw no. 2, a "Member" shall mean any person who is at least 19 years of age, whose dues are paid in full on or before July 1st of each year, and who is in good standing, free of any financial obligation, disciplinary actions, violation or other infractions to the club. A "member" may receive notice of, attend, speak and participate at all meetings of the members and receive one vote. They will also be elibible to be elected to serve as a Director, Officer or hold office and represent themselves to the public as a "Member" of the club. Season pass holders that fall into this description are as follows: Adult Non-Restricted, Adult Restricted, Senior, Super Senior, Family (adults 19 years of age or over), Graduated 1, Graduated 2, Intermediate 1, 2 or 3 as well as student pass holders. Under this by-law, Junior, Juvenile, Young Juvenile and Youth are considered "Associates" of the club.

Due to an increased number of damaged power carts in the 2024 - 2025 season, in order to rent or drive a power cart, players must be at least 18 years of age or older and register with a valid credit card number or $200.00 cash deposit prior to the round. Any damages incurred, are the responsibility of the lessee.
The carts are equipped with Yamatrack GPS and geofencing, which allows for tracking of power cart travel to ensure that damage to the course and carts is minimized. GPS yardages, green contour, food & beverage menus and scorecards will be available on the devices. Download the mobile app available for a more personalized experience.
